Please contact us if you suffer from:
- Varicose veins: When blood pools in the veins that carry blood back to the heart, the result is varicose veins. Commonly resulting from pregnancy or advancing age, they are unsightly and sometimes painful. Varicose veins most often occur in the legs and can be identified by a swollen knot of red and blue veins just below the skin’s surface.
- Spider veins: Spider veins are smaller than varicose veins and consist of twisted blood vessels that are visible through the skin. In appearance, they can resemble a spider web. Like varicose veins, spider veins are more common in women than in men and often result from pregnancy.
- Leg pain and swelling: Vein problems frequently result in ongoing leg pain and/or swelling. Often described as an aching or cramping, other forms of discomfort can include burning, throbbing, and tingling. Pain and swelling often increase during pregnancy or menstruation.
